Intimate Conditions: Poor Lubrication & Vaginal Tightening

Poor Lubrication
During a woman’s lifetime, estrogen levels decrease during childbirth, nursing and menopause leading to poor lubrication. Other factors may be a person’s health-medications and treatments, which may dehydrate the tissues resulting in poor lubrication.

Vaginal Tightening
One of the major results of a vaginal childbirth delivery is a gradual loosening of the vaginal area, usually depending on the number of births and the duration between each delivery. During vaginal delivery, the tissues in the vaginal wall may be torn and lose some of their prior elasticity.
