Shipment processing time
PROCESSING TIME IS 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, AND 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BACK ORDERED OR PREORDER ITEMS, WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Mad Peaches Med Spa does not guarantee same-day shipping. Mad Peaches Med Spa is not responsible for any carrier delays that result in extended delivery times.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any order placed Monday – Friday will be processed within 2 business days. Any order placed after 2:00pm Mountain Standard Time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
WE OFFER USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING WITH TRACKING, NO INSURANCE, AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED. WE CHARGE A FLAT $12.00 FEE.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service Priority USPS $12.00 USD. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE’S TRACKING PROGRESS.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer. Only if we sent the wrong product and you decide you don’t want a replacement we will refund the shipping fee, we will request the product back before we process the refund.
Orders being delivered to Hawaii or Alaska may be subject to a higher shipping fee.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We can ship to P.O boxes however we may need to contact you for further information.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will send you a confirmation email, followed by a tracking number email after we have processed your purchase. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of your order please reach out to us. If you purchased your item over the weekend please wait until Monday and we will reach out to you.
Damages
Mad Peaches Med Spa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your product is damaged please reach out to us immediately after opening your package with pictures. We understand that things can happen and will try to make things right.
International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Return Policy
